W.G. Kelly Construction was established near Sebringville, Ontario in 1969 by founders Bill Kelly and Ray Maloney.  The business has been family owned and operated ever since.  W.G. Kelly Construction is now jointly owned by father and son, Pat and Craig Kelly, and operates in Mitchell, Ontario. 

W.G. Kelly Construction is a General Contractor that specializes in bridge and culvert construction and rehabilitation. We have a vast knowledge of poured in place reinforced concrete bridges and culverts, precast bridges and culverts, prefabricated steel bridges, and concrete bridge and culvert rehabilitation work.  Our company has successfully completed over 180 projects across Ontario.  Our clients include the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, Ontario municipalities, and private farm operators.
